our planning regarding our new construction project is progressing. We have now received a first preliminary draft from our planner, which we like very much. I would like to post this draft here and ask for criticism, praise, suggestions for changes, etc. All changes are still possible at the moment.

Where is north? Unfortunately, I can't assign all the dimensions... The living room would be too narrow for me. I think the 45° corner has little added value. The entire central lower hallway is as dark as a bear's backside. I would question some corners... further measurements on the upper floor would be necessary.

Sorry, I'm having some problems with the pictures. On my computer they are displayed the right way up, but when I upload them here they are sideways. Unfortunately, I don't know how to change that.

Orientation: terrace to the east, entrance to the west

339 for the WZ would be too narrow for me!
And 35sqm corridor space is definitely too much.
