Whether all these wishes are financially feasible with your income and unknown equity depends entirely on the plot of land. How much do plots cost on the relevant portals that you like?
That makes me curious, what have you found and what do you think they should cost?
My requirements are a floor area of 150-200sqm with a pool, garage, etc.
