We are building a semi-detached house with a prefabricated house company. Flooring, doors, and painting work are to be done by ourselves. How high are the costs to be estimated for plastering work (in order to be able to paint or wallpaper afterwards)? I am very grateful for any answers.

I would think that over very carefully.

With us, 2 professionals puttied for 5 days, working 8-10 hours each like the champions... And I believe working overhead is tough.
Then you need:
Either ladders, if you can stand on them, or a rolling scaffold.
Sanding poles to catch the dust while sanding.
And certainly 2 weeks full-time just for puttying.

After the sanding work on Q2, which was almost Q3 in the end, we primed, wallpapered, and painted the house again for almost 2 weeks.
We had 1200m of wallpaper, nearly 600 sqm of surface... and 10 buckets of 15 kilos of paint.

To answer your question: cost-wise you need machines for sanding about €500 and then protective masks, plaster (which should cost almost nothing), and ladders or rolling scaffolds (about €300).
The main factor will be strength and time.

We also wanted to do the puttying and plastering ourselves at first, but then we changed our minds and hired a great plasterer. The three guys spent almost 10 days just puttying and sanding, and afterwards they primed and plastered everything. We would never have managed that in this time and quality!

The costs for puttying, sanding, and plastering depend entirely on the amount of wall surface and the difficulty (many edges, sloping ceilings, hard-to-reach spots, unevenness, etc.). So it’s hard to say that in a general way.

It also depends on which quality level was agreed upon... with Q4 you can paint directly, with Q2 there is still a lot to do...

Puttying work was part of our drywall work. Please take a look in your [Bauleistungsbeschreibung] to see where it belongs for you. We had Q2, ready for wallpaper! We wanted to forgo wallpaper and of course puttied and sanded everything afterward. We were definitely busy with that for a week. We had a large sloping ceiling puttied in Q4. It cost us about 400 euros.

Oh dear.... I had almost suspected that. My husband was too optimistic regarding the personal contribution. Unfortunately, there is nothing about [Verspachteln] in our [Bauleistungsbeschreibung]. Therefore, we have to manage it ourselves or find a company to do it.

Thank you very much for your answers.
