Thank you all. Yes, that will probably be the mentioned manufacturer. Yes, at the beginning I also didn’t want to accept them like that and reported a defect. However, this was quickly dismissed and suddenly I had the information sheet in hand stating that according to DIN blabla everything is still within the norm. I really have no idea what else I should do. In any case, it’s frustrating to pay the full 15k and then have something like that standing there for years.
