Prefabricated garage concrete class C30/37 or C35/45 comparison

Hello everyone, I am about to decide on a prefabricated garage. - Provider A offers for approximately €15,000 with C30/37. - Provider B: €17,000 with C35/45 (There is even Provider C with DIN EN 13978-1 and DIN V20000-125) What are your experiences? What would you need an increased compressive strength of the material for? We have had a Juwel double garage made of 2 prefabricated garages in C30/37 since 2001 and have had no reason for complaint.

Yes, that matters. It’s best to ask a structural engineer (unofficially), because the roof terrace might also be unofficial. Our garages have a green roof; sometimes someone steps on it to get a soccer ball.
