Prefab house wall load-bearing; is it possible to hang things?

Thanks to Fischer and Würth there will be something there, I have little doubt about that. But I would mount the thing on a fence post placed against the wall. Seriously - not integrated, but ETICS on wooden panel?

I think it won't work in the long run.
