I have now assembled an Ikea kitchen several times and planned it completely alone twice... measured and compared countless times, etc... no matter how precise I did it, there were always differences of 1-2 cm! mainly because walls are 99.9% never really even and at a right angle. Better have some extra space at the beginning and then add a 20 cm gap somewhere later if it fits, otherwise make yourself a nice wine bottle shelf or space for something else.

my opinion: I would take the 2mm from the walls. mill it out with a diamond grinding cup and angle grinder, then smooth it again with a surface filler.

perhaps you have a decades-old building with many layers of paint on top, there you can easily remove the wall paint 1-2mm thick by moistening the wall and using a triangular scraper.

But you will need some extra millimeters alone to squeeze a dishwasher between two cabinets, won’t you?

My Bosch dishwasher is 59.8 cm wide and has rubber lips on both the left and right sides. So where is the problem?

Additionally, there are about 2 mm on each side that could be milled off since the drawers are smaller. However, this would be tedious with a belt sander.

By the way, you can put 1-2 mm of plastic between the cabinet and the outer guide. Then the slides run slightly away from the wall. I already had to do this at my mother's because the door frame was in the way.
