Can you at least make a little effort and write more than just individual fragments? No one can understand exactly what you want and the willingness to help drops to almost zero.

Utility basement --> no permanent stay --> sporadic heating & maintaining minimum temperature against mold --> screw infrared heaters to the ceiling and set thermostat. Costs almost nothing to purchase, not very much to operate since it’s not used continuously, provides quick warmth when you want/need to spend a few spontaneous hours there, does not take up wall space (storage area).
