Position of the house and earthworks for the plot

Hello guys,

we are planning our construction project and our plot of land (corner plot at 2 streets) slopes as shown in the attached picture. This means that from the street seen on the right to the property boundary on the left we have about 1.80 meters of incline.

We would like the driveway and entrance to be from the street from which the photo was taken. The view of the photo is facing south.

However, I am concerned whether we will have problems with surface water from the right side/street if we build the house on a slab foundation.

Will a lot of fill be required to create a level surface for the slab foundation?

What would be a rough estimate of the cost for this? Would 15,000 euros be enough?

Is our idea of the orientation good or do you see a better solution?
