Porit (aerated concrete) or Poroton T9?

in the final stages of the house planning, I have the choice between the two aforementioned bricks from our general contractor.
Both are monolithic with a thickness of 36.5 cm.
The interior walls will each be constructed with the same brick.

Noise from outside is not a big problem for us in the countryside.
We can achieve KFW 55 with both.

Are there any other properties to consider besides the price? (Poroton is 2,700€ more expensive)

How about hanging things? Are there big differences?

Hanging things is easier with Porit. .Poroton hollow chamber bricks are already very, very crumbly. Use Porit, save the 2700, and treat yourself to something nice in the garden instead.

I have done that, several times. You have been here for four years, so my Stein mantra should actually be coming out of your ears by now. That's why I saved myself from repeating it here.
