Pool construction - sewer system or soakaway pit

we are currently planning a pool and now have a problem, we thought there was a drain somewhere in the garden, but that is not the case. Is it allowed to make a soak pit where the pool water can drain?

As far as I know, you have to connect the pool to a drain. A soakaway would also be overwhelmed with so much water. :eek: Check with the water authority and get a plan so you know where the nearest sewer is that you can connect everything to.
