We are currently at the point where we want to have a pollutant report done before the purchase (the banks apparently require this for prefabricated houses from this year of construction as well) and want to have the things tested that we plan to renovate (a bathroom, kitchen, floors, we want to remove the wallpaper and make a breakthrough in a wall). The owners still have to agree to this. We hope that the company will then give us a few tips, since we don’t really know our way around and – as you already said – the internet drives you crazy.
