Plots and houses in boom regions

Sorry, 70 km is in my opinion no longer the commuter belt near Munich. One might still assume it in the direction of Ingolstadt/ [Aufsburg]/ Erding, because these cities themselves are also incredibly attractive, but for me the classic commuter belt is much more narrowly defined.

Near Landsberg. Meanwhile, the catchment area extends to Minderheit and almost Kaufbeuren. In Landsberg itself, the price per square meter is much higher, we are in a small village without public transport or shops. About 700 inhabitants... About 300 of them have horns. The neighboring village is already more expensive.
