I agree with that. However, I'm surprised that it hasn't been taken yet (sloping location? view already obstructed?). Otherwise, I would tend towards 824019, for the reasons already mentioned.

I would like the 8234.. only one direct neighbor, you can access the property from almost all sides. I would see shoveling snow in winter as a sport.
