Plot selection - what would be your favorite?

Hello home builders,

our community still has a few plots of land available. I would like to get your opinion – which plot would you choose and why?!

The 648sqm or in the 1st construction phase the 685sqm Why? Good layout. Reasonable orientation. Decent size. Located on only one street. The land prices are also manageable. B-Plan requirements perhaps still problematic for you?

That of course depends on what is particularly important to someone. For me personally, it would be a southwest orientation. Especially on days like today, being able to still enjoy the evening sun on the terrace is wonderful and would be indispensable for me. The orientation would be more important to me than the plot size (at least with the sizes mentioned above). But of course, that is all a matter of taste.

8191, house as far east as possible / parking space in the north

By no means a corner plot, suitable cardinal direction, preferably without a sidewalk, then no winter service (had that before......a dream in white).
