Plot selection - Living area should be larger than 160m2

1 and 2 I find good, facing west, short street front, only one neighbor on the left and right and edge of the field location (right?). Unfortunately both a bit small. The Wittichstraße does not seem to me to be a field path at all. Of course I don't know it, but I would guess people drive through there at 60-70 km/h (straight connection between districts, maybe even marked 70). Otherwise something from the field 3-11 or 12-21. 22-44 definitely not because of Nordgarten or if facing west (31-34), then there is a neighbor at the back. So 1 or 2 if the size is sufficient. Otherwise towards 5, 14, 15. Or 45-48 if the street really isn’t that loud.

1 and 2 I also find nice, but unfortunately the house width is 8 and can only be built 2 stories, so I do not know if with a house width of 8, a living area of 160m can be achieved.

I find 3 and 12 quite good.

Well, the house would be quite elongated, and there wouldn't be much land left on the property. But that will probably often be the case in that area anyway, with the small and narrow towels. Three stories are not desirable, you'd just be running up and down stairs. You might as well buy a townhouse. Take the 5th.
