Plot of land on a gentle slope with bay windows

Hello everyone,

we are building on a 570sqm plot with a slight slope (south-facing slope) (approx. 17m wide, approx. 34m deep). It is to be a 3-gable house. The longer side of the house faces the shorter side of the plot. Can we build the bay window of the house facing the slope (that is, to the back) or will that be problematic?

The drawing doesn’t look like a "leicht Hanglage" at all. You would have to fill the property with meters of soil like that.

South slope... a slope is where the terrain drops off. According to the drawing, you want the third gable facing the mountain side? With a good foundation or excavation of the area, almost everything is possible - although it doesn't always look great. In this case, according to this drawing, I would say: wrong house on this plot. You are trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

yes we wanted the 3rd gable to the back because the garden is supposed to go there.... Hmm then we need to come up with something better for the property.. Anyone ideas? :)
