Plaster cellar with filler paste?

Good morning, I have a question. I want to replaster my basement. Can I also use filler or something similar? I can't do it with cement plaster. The basement is dry.

In my image editing program there is an option called Convert where you can set a compression rate.

Check if you find something like that there otherwise search the internet for such a program.
