You of course will not save 2000€/sqm, because this 2000 is an average value for calculating houses, but not for individual living space. -> the sqm on which the heating is installed is a bit more expensive for this reason. Since everything else is available, one could save on parquet and underfloor heating, but then there are sill costs, as already mentioned above. For 120sqm, I would rather consider how to gain more living space instead of foregoing it... By the way, the sqm price for the house will be increased negatively.

There will probably be savings, but understandably not that high.

No, in the end, there is NO saving - you misunderstood something. And sorry - 8sqm - that doesn’t look like anything anyway, better to use the room in your small house.

The savings exist only on paper. Apparently, there are very creative architects at the moment who want to achieve supposed cost savings with this. In the end, there is a break-even point and you lose important living space. I especially liked the idea recently where the architect wanted to make a recessed roof to reduce the volume of space.
