Planning software for land?

Does today's youth no longer have a set square, and/or has their spatial imagination degenerated?

I take an aerial photo of my property, scribble in what should go where, and stick pictures from the building materials dealer's brochure next to the paving.

This is not high tech at all.

Biologically, not really - but how, for example, the ability to do mental arithmetic has declined over generations of students is almost unbelievable. Everyone had to be able to do it before; today it is almost considered a survival skill. That you can also use the "pencil" app for sketches seems to be forgotten. By the way, you hold the pencil in the same hand as the mouse. And there are even mechanical pencils, in case you would miss the clicking otherwise.
