Hello everyone,

We are planning to build a single-family house soon. Our building plot has the dimensions 15.4 x 45 m in area.

As a building style, we want to have a [Stadtvilla] with the dimensions 9 x 11 m.

The idea is to use the entire width of the plot (15.4 m) to build a single garage on each side of the house (side boundary development). Ideally, they would then logically each have 3 m in width...

Are these too narrow to comfortably get in and out? To unload groceries???

Thanks for the response

Regards

Just put up posts with 3 meter spacing, stretch ropes, and try to step out.

But with 45 meters length, you can also place a 6 meter garage in front of and behind the house.

Wouldn't a terraced middle house then be the more affordable alternative ;)
