Is the enclosed space really over 1000m3? We have just under 1000m3 with 300m2 of living space. Do you have such high rooms?

This is how it is stated in the architect's cubature. The floor area is 100m2, rooms are in the basement, 2.50, ground floor 2.60, upper floor 4.00 at the ridge, 2.50 at the exterior wall. Maximum height at the ridge may still be lowered to 3.50, but it is open.

But true, if you estimate it roughly, it will of course be less. Do the exterior walls and roof structure count in there?!
