Consult a tax advisor. Interest yes, whether you can still subsequently claim initial costs (land registry fees) at T+15 and whether the tax office accepts this. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Differentiate acquisition/creation costs with the income declaration of the current years - my advice, as I understand it, but I’m not sure, says it: consult a tax advisor now :)
