The windows under the KS are dormers? You can also equip the 73er KS with built-in cupboards and thus reach one meter. At least, that's how I would do it. Especially for children, it is not difficult to use that space underneath as storage.

Yes, I think 73cm KS is not enough for the bed, right? You keep bumping your head all the time. Not sure, I need to go measure my bed... A large wardrobe should be in the room. And in my opinion, the desk can hardly go anywhere else because of the slant. That's why the bed is basically in the middle of the room. I also didn't really want to block the dormer with the bed - but it probably won't work any other way. It's already annoying, huge room and still no space. ;)
