The structural engineer will tell you the masonry thickness. The thing has to be calculated anyway. But assume 175 sand-lime bricks. Facing bricks would be wise to keep the drive-through width high, possibly make the carport 50cm wider. I consider 6m as the minimum for two cars if there are walls on both sides.

also pay attention to proper drainage. Everything else is actually relatively simple.

Thank you very much. Do you think I should give the structural engineer some information about how I want to connect this, or does he decide the type of connections?
