Hello,

I bought a kit house last year and can only strongly recommend that you keep your hands off it.

Poor advice. Restrictive contract (You have to accept the components from his suppliers), 130 bags of interior plaster delivered too many and not picked up. But if you need more of something, then your friendly kit house partner will hold out his hand.

If you calculate the thing, you come cheaper way if you get an architect and negotiate with Baywa for favorable conditions. With the savings, you can then afford the extra costs such as (raising the roof truss, concreting the ring beam, crane, scaffolding, window manufacturer, etc.).

Aerated concrete is O.K. but in my opinion please not as a (poorly) organized kit house.
