you could also integrate the laundry chute in the bathroom or in the bathtub, so that you gain more space for the wardrobe in the dressing room. Of course, you would need to know if that fits with the ground floor.

I would place the laundry chute somewhere in the area of the hallway closet, if it fits with the ground floor. So that it can be used from the master bathroom and from the hallway, when there are children living there.

What I can also recommend to you is to install the towel warmer directly at the entrance IN the shower. Then you can come out of the shower without making anything wet.

towel warmer in the shower is great, there would be enough space then.
