I don't know if wood fiber is sensitive to moisture. Mineral wool, for example, is. Another point is drilling and chasing for flush-mounted installation. I would find out if there could be problems with that. And otherwise, generally consider how you want to build. Monolithic? ETICS? Cavity wall? KfW40 can be achieved with all 3 systems. But personally, I would find it unattractive to hang my outdoor lamp on Styrofoam (which isn't nice anyway) or mineral wool.Our energy consultant says something different than the energy consultant at the brickworks yesterday. According to the brickworks, the wood does not absorb moisture!? That was also my concern with moisture and sliding downwards.
