It is as BeHaElja said, basically 2 full floors, the extension contains the additional sqm for the 2/3 rule. We have rarely seen this kind of thing before, out of all compromises to have straight walls it was the best we liked. The extension also houses a roof terrace that is accessible from the ESZ.
