Pipe insulation vs. insulation panels

That means the screed installer is making life unnecessarily difficult for themselves, but there are no differences in the (technical) properties (?).

How do the tacker plates actually differ from each other? I have 2 offers:
20-2 and 30-3
The first value is the thickness, and the second? Is there a "better" one here? Both in WLG 045

The 30-2 is 32mm thick and compresses by 2mm, the stapler plate 30-3 compresses by 3mm. This is related to the thermal and impact sound properties. Regards: KlaRa
