Photovoltaic obligation, at least 50% of the roof area

with us, there is the "new" obligation to equip at least 50% of the roof area with photovoltaic.

I still consider the general law to be wrong.

if I derive from this that I once read about this obligation in another matter, there are many explanations and roof specifics that limit this 50% in an explanatory way. Therefore, there is no general 50%, but only the optimal 50%.

This is apparently regulated differently depending on the federal state. NRW, for example, requires only 30%, BaWü 60%, Bavaria only recommends it.

In Lower Saxony, the obligation applies per suitable roof area from 50 sqm. So if a roof area has less than 50 sqm, then this roof area is exempt from the obligation.
