I can only agree with the others. I also have a parking space with permeable paving and an additional channel. But even during heavy rain, everything seeps away. Now the channel is there and serves for reassurance, but it was not actually needed.

You will need a procedure at the latest when someone comes to inspect and demands it, I have experience with that.
We paved the part towards the street at the previous house in such a way that a kind of wider channel was created and it was sloped towards a flower bed. That was enough for the water authorities from the city.
The 6x6m parking space of the neighbors, which was paved without drainage and not permeable, was not objected to.
One house further, a drainage channel had to be retrofitted for a 1 x 3m area and the connection to the infiltration basin had to be demonstrated.
The rule was clear, the enforcement random.
If you want peace: just ask.

Presumably we will do it before the pavement gets blocked in a few years and we then get into trouble...

What do you think, how much does something like this cost? About 4 meters of pipe need to be dug between our sewage shaft and the drain.

What kind of plasters do you have? We want to take the Artline from KBH...

Hello Sandocan

permeable paving is a nice term. After a few years, nothing seeps through anymore. It's all clogged with dirt.
Build in a 2 to 3% slope. At the end, either a drainage channel or let it run off towards the street. But always away from the house. If a "hundred-year rain" hits you, the street will be flooded anyway. Your 50m² won’t make a difference then.

Drainage towards the street is not permitted and is at least regulated here in the region by the building authority. Rainwater must basically be retained on the property.
My pavement has been installed for 8 years now and it is not dirty. Of course, I also clean it occasionally. By the way, the main effect of infiltration comes through the joints and not through the pores of the stones.
