Perimeter insulation/clinker façade; which systems to combine?

...I would most like to have cross-sectional drawings of the construction of the perimeter insulation with brick facade. For me, perimeter insulation is a full-surface insulation under the base slab. According to my planner's statement, this is not possible since the bricks cannot/should not rest on the insulation. Does anyone have cross-sectional drawings where the construction can be seen?
