Good evening,
I need (again) the advice of this great forum.
Our architect, whom we commissioned from the basic evaluation to the object supervision for our house construction, has repeatedly issued invoices during the construction, which we have also paid promptly.
Currently, our construction is at the start of facade construction (outside) and the start of laying the underfloor heating (inside). So already quite advanced, but some essential trades are still missing (e.g. screed, parquet, tiles, painter, carpenter, outdoor facilities, etc.).
We have now received another invoice from the architect and with the payment of this invoice, we have reached 91 percent of the performance status.
Basically, we have no problem paying this. It just seems a bit advanced to us. How would you react to this?
Thank you very much and have a nice evening!
