I find very different height and width specifications for the copper serviceberry. How big is your shrub and how old?

Best regards

As mentioned, there are different varieties, it doesn't have to be copper, a spicata or rotundifolia grows to about 2m and is much easier to prune.

I know there are smaller varieties as well, but I would prefer a shrub or tree about 5m high, although the copper serviceberry seems to grow much taller.

I estimate 5-7 meters, was ours at the old house. Now I have two again because they have many qualities a tree should have.

Ours is an amelanchier lamarkii, the copper serviceberry; in shrub form (it also comes in columnar variety and other trained forms). They normally grow 4-6m high and about 5m wide. Ours is currently just under 2m high. I don’t know the age. But I bought it one year ago at 1.6m and planted it in March 2018. But this information is never really reliable. Depending on the location, it might stay at 3m or grow to 7. Ask me again in 15 years^^.
