Paving the driveway - height question

Tear up/loosen the existing 15 cm and leave it as is, supply material, then maybe tear up again to mix the materials a bit. Then grade to level and compact.

Do not remove anything (unless necessary due to height position).

Understood. I don't yet know if I'll do it that way. The tapping is a huge effort since it's as hard as concrete, and that's 15cm deep over 60sqm. Maybe someone else has another idea?
