Why in Koblenz, when the property is in SH? By the way, KWF seems to have lost track of its currently 1441 listings: two condominiums in Vienna are offered with the same lead image as a multi-family house in Frankfurt/M. ;-)

Because they operate nationwide? Original photos are rarely used for forced auctions, i.e. it does happen that sample photos are simply used. I don’t know if that is the case here as well...

With this "specialist," apparently one per object category, "nationwide" in D/A/CH. Ouch. We're not talking about used cars here, but objects well above pocket money level...

Would you like to email me which object it concerns?

Yes, but we are also talking about the rights of the current owner.
And in my experience, it is not uncommon that sensitive data is not accessible to everyone.

Talk to the owners. Otherwise, through a "broker." Otherwise, it remains a normal purchase - you "only" have to negotiate with co-owners who do not want to sell. Insolvency has nothing to do with it. Dissolution of a community is the reason for the foreclosure. A bank is also not involved as an operator.

Although everything sounds strange. Foreclosure and private sale actually exclude each other. Otherwise, you wouldn't need a foreclosure.

How did the number turn out? Did you get the house? How did it go?
