However, I would already question the actual condition with droplet formation and settled mold and thus simultaneously the warranty ;) It might be worthwhile to bring in a knowledgeable person now and have the situation assessed on site .....

We have addressed that. The status was described here: The bricks were "insulated" with construction foam. Another place where the mineral wool gets wet is around the chimney. Nothing was done there.
