So I would tear out the tiles first, even if it is a lot of work.
I once faced a similar decision myself when we completely renovated our single-family house.
It turned out to be the right decision.
I wish you good luck and fun!

Thank you. Yes, actually I also think that this is the best way. Even though it is a lot of work. But I think I will get 1-2 expert opinions, maybe in an emergency you can save yourself the trouble after all. But if it doesn’t help, the crap will just come out. :)

Are the tiles in good condition or is the surface still well preserved? Then you can save yourself a lot of time and work, get a good cleaner and clean the tiles thoroughly. It is significantly less labor-intensive than tearing the stuff out.

It is not a problem to lay parquet on the tiles, provided the tiles are firmly connected to the substrate.
