For me, it makes a difference whether I have a 2.5mm [Nutzschicht] on 11mm spruce or oak. MDF/HDF would be interesting.

Google for parquet manufacturers or check shops. We can’t provide more than that because the manufacturer is unimportant. Except for the feeling of getting something great or for the wallet, paying a special price for something special.

In my last apartment, I had oak limed for about over €20/sqm. Currently smoked oak for normally over €100/sqm (as a special item directly from the manufacturer, therefore significantly! cheaper). Noticeable difference? None.

I'll throw Mafi as a manufacturer into the ring, countered by a wear layer in oak. The idea is that it should also be less sensitive to swelling/warping. Whether there is a tactile/visual difference compared to a floor in the lower price segment is up to everyone to decide - for me: yes! There are certainly other manufacturers, but in this construction, they are all definitely in the higher price segment.
