heating loop = something fancy and expensive, preferably with electricity? or: heating loop = the underfloor heating is being extended to include another room? if the latter: do it. Every additional meter of underfloor heating helps to lower the supply temperature and thus save energy.

You mean, just because I turn the thermostat to "0", the room is noticeably colder than the other rooms in the house? That’s not the case. Generally not. And especially not here.
