Hello,
we want to give the bungalow and garage of my parents a bit of new color. It is now about 30 years old.
We would repair cracks with Fassaden Rissdichter (a kind of acrylic) as well as smaller damages to the plaster with silicate plaster.
The roof overhang is made of wood and is to be painted lighter. The question now is whether all the wood needs to be sanded or if it can also be painted in its current condition? Of course, we would prefer if there is a way to paint the wood without sanding.
We want to repair small damages to the base with base plaster.
At the end of the day, we do not expect quality like that of a painting company, so it does not have to be 100% perfect. We just want to improve the house a bit with our means.
Best regards
