Painting bathroom walls

We will also just paint for now, but we do have a WRL.

Regarding the drywall: at Weberhaus and Finger, neighbors and colleagues also only had standard GKB installed. It surprised me a bit too, I know it differently. But they must have had their reasons (one would think). Both houses have a WRL.

Thank you very much for the many responses. We will probably choose the plaster version after all. A friend also recommended this to us. However, he wanted to paint over the plaster with latex paint. Latex paint, however, is out of the question for the bathroom. But we definitely do not want that.
