Own work on flooring, painting, and tiling

we are currently preparing the cost statement for our construction project (single-family house in NRW in the Gütersloh district) for the bank.
We would like to carry out the floor, painting, and tiling work ourselves.
The house has a total floor area of 176 sqm with two full floors.

1. With what material costs must one reckon for the wallpapering and painting work for this house size (or per sqm), and what amount can then be applied as own contribution (labor costs) for the bank?

2. What amount for own contribution (labor costs) for the installation of tiles and vinyl floors can be applied per sqm for the bank?
