The requirements of the KfW that lead to the disbursement are definitely stated on the KfW website. Until now, it was the case that the invoices had to be related to an energy-saving measure, such as insulation, windows, or similar – at least that was the requirement of our house bank, and I assume they just passed on the requirements...

Since the loan volume is now being increased to TEUR 100, the requirements may possibly be relaxed. As I said, that is definitely stated on the KfW website.

When purchasing an energy-efficient new building completely, one may not have individual invoices from separate trades but only a total price. And this is also eligible for funding.

Yes, I have written to the KfW, but have not received a reply yet. The invoice for the shell construction is already over €100,000 anyway, so it can be submitted. Then the KfW shouldn’t care what own work you do afterwards, right?

Why do you go straight to the KfW bank? KfW loans are always passed on via the financing bank anyway?! Your bank advisor will tell you which invoices to submit where.

I'm not running off anywhere. And writing an email to the KfW wasn't that big of a deal. It's more a question of whether you'll get a response. But you can get information in advance.
