Many craftsmen have to wear safety shoes. I have also laid Vlies everywhere ;)

Fleece! I already thought: somehow looks kind of strange *laugh* Safety shoes but not for interior construction? I have to be honest, I never really thought about it because they obviously took off their shoes. Well, the basement is accessible through the cellar in our case, and the other things really weren’t that "foot-hazardous". The carpenter who installed our kitchen had his shoes on, but he thoroughly wiped them off on the dirt-trapping mat, so no problem.

well, which craftsman for interior work doesn't need shoes? I can't think of any, except the one who lays the carpet ;)

We have covered the area with painter's fleece and additionally lined the walkways with [Kartonagen]. Nevertheless, there were one or two scratches. Well, we sanded them down. And: after all, it didn't become a floor for nothing, it is allowed to "live" :-)

At our place, the walkways were covered. The kitchen installer fully covered his area. Where there was nothing, the craftsmen took off their shoes or wore overshoes (I think the [GU] provided them).

Painter's fleece can be used for years. It is worth purchasing and is the more convenient solution for everyone.

Ours only had to be disposed of after 2 moves and 3 years of further use (covering, laying underneath, protection).
