ONLY the water connection €13,000 (I asked about 30 companies, and this was without a doubt the cheapest offer)!

Could you please elaborate on your local circumstances? Something must be making the connection particularly expensive for you. €13,000 just for the water connection is really quite a sum. I think you are rather an exceptional case. Even here in expensive Bavaria, I pay less for all connections combined than you do here just for water.
