Other cable routing, as possible in the drainage application?

Are deviations allowed compared to the drainage application without having to get approval again?

I am considering, contrary to the original drainage application, no longer combining the base pipes of the sanitary objects below the floor slab and then laying them to the sewer connection, but rather routing them individually on the direct path away from the house. The whole thing would then be laid in the trench around the outside of the house and then routed towards the sewer connection. A friend said that in the worst-case scenario, one could always access the base pipes from the outside in case of a clog. Otherwise, if things go badly, one would have to open the floor slab inside the house to remove the clog.

Or are such concerns unfounded? Or are such changes normal from the construction process and can be handled informally, or can I now discard the original drainage application?

Thanks a lot and have a nice Sunday.

Who planned it that way?

That's actually the correct way to do it. With the first variant, you save €20.40, so it's often done by general contractors. Whether you can simply change it yourself or have to change the planning and approval depends heavily on the federal state and district, so only they can answer that for you. Who planned it and who is carrying out the work?

The slope has to be right, maybe it was also planned that way because otherwise the slope wouldn't work.

And remove the word "actually," it does not exist.
That's why I am asking who plans like this.
It reads as if the builder here drew and applied for something himself.

Hello, so the basic lines were proposed by the general contractor, with the note that one could still adjust them later.

Also, if something really came up later, one could always look inside through the WC connections with a camera and also flush.

Well, long story short, I will ask the building authority how bureaucratic the effort would be to adjust it.

Although in the first conversation they more or less said I could do whatever I wanted on my property (within the framework of the standards and recognized rules of technology).

Well, we'll see, thanks for your help
