In other words: Either the top is heated, then no vapor barrier is needed at the bottom. Or the top is cold, then you need a vapor barrier at the bottom and the top must be vapor-permeable, e.g. with [Rauspund].

You can also lay it above OSB, for example if you leave 2cm free at the edge. Since it is only storage space, it is not visually bothersome here.
