Hello,
the interior finishing of the top floor ceiling is currently being done in our single-family house. Under the rough boarding, there will be 22 cm of mineral wool, below that the vapor retarder, then the battens. After that, the electrician will lay his cables, then the drywall panels will be installed, and afterwards the interior plastering will begin. According to the drywaller, he always works in the order of drywall then plaster; is that correct, or does it have to be the other way around? I am concerned about the moisture and the risk of mold growth in the drywall panels!
